Check your email inbox now! You might have receive a TERA FGT2 invite! This is what it will say:
CONGRATULATIONS!
You have been selected to participate in TERA's second Focus Group Test (FGT2). In a few days, you'll be one of the first to experience the richly imagined fantasy universe of TERA, a universe that seeks your input and feedback. As a Focus Group Tester, you will have a hand in helping Bluehole Studio and En Masse Entertainment develop and publish the best massively multiplayer online roleplaying game possible.
Before participating in FGT2, we ask that you carefully review all of the information below.
TEST SUMMARY
FGT2 will cover approximately levels 1-25 of the game. By joining FGT2, you and your fellow testers will be under a non-disclosure agreement. We've created an section of the official forums to allow you and your fellow testers to discuss your experiences and feedback. Discussion of FGT2 outside of this forum is not allowed. En Masse Entertainment staff will be present on the FGT2 forum and possibly in-game and may request your specific input on game mechanics, lore, and other elements.
You are about to experience TERA in a pre-beta state. Unlike a beta test, where players are only helping to find bugs and test hardware scalability, this Focus Group Test is designed to help us learn more about what you think about the game so that the development team can make it better; you're getting the opportunity to participate at a much earlier part of the development process than beta -testers. So, when you find things you don't like about the game, we invite you to visit the private FGT2 forums and tell us how to make the game better. To quote Senior Producer Brian Knox, "We're extremely interested in your articulate and reasoned feedback, so that we can change the game for the better. Consequently, we encourage you tell us what needs to change and why. Your constructive feedback and interaction with the other Focus Group Testers on the TERA forums will help make this game the best it can be." |
